Hastings and Rother Counselling Service

The Hastings & Rother Counselling Service is based in St Leonards and offers general counselling to young people between the ages of 16-25. The Service also sees people of 25 years upwards. Their counsellors are able to deal with all issues that may affect your life, and know through experience that it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. They offer short or long term sessions in complete confidence.

Life can be very complicated – it can be hard to keep so many balls in the air.

The Want 2 Talk worker can:

Provide an opportunity and time to talk about your concerns and needs.
Direct you to the most appropriate organisation and help you to get in touch.
Remove obstacles in the way of accessing help.
Maintain confidentiality.
