If you want to save the natural environment, start here. Green Gym is about practical conservation tasks, hanging around in the woods and making new friends. They provide training, hot drinks, tools and biscuits.

Dab Arts

Dab Arts has a group who make videos, devise their own plays and put on shows.  There are weekly workshops at the White Rock Theatre on Tuesday evenings 7-9pm.

There are sometimes extra days for specific projects and rehearsals.

The Pulse Community Development worker supports and promotes services and activities for young people. He can help to develop groups or events and supports service providers to find new ways for young peoples health needs to be met.
